Our home has everything you need to make your perfect Queenstown holiday memories. The Space A five-bedroom home set over multiple levels, in the heart of downtown Queenstown. The living areas look out to elevated views towards Walter Peak, Skyline/Ben Lomond, and Queenstown township. Bedrooms: Five bedrooms. Bathrooms: Four full bathrooms with standing showers. Living areas: Open-plan living with fireplace, ample seating and balcony access. Kitchen: Fully equipped with extractor fan, series 4 dishwasher, oven, gas stovetop, double-door fridge/freezer. External: There is a balcony with a glass-top table and chairs and patio with a spa, outdoor table, 6 chairs. Changes requested after this time will incur a fee of NZD $100 per bed plus a NZD $10 call-out fee if requested after check-in, which covers our external cleaners coming to rearrange beds and fit new linen. Guest Access Guests have full use of the property — kitchen, lounge, bedrooms, bathrooms, and balcony. The Neighbourhood The neighbourhood is wonderful. Right outside our front door are the Ben Lomond hiking and walking tracks. The lakeshore walking track is just down the road and the views from our house are the best in Queenstown! Baby Bundle (portacot, high chair, baby bath) is available on request for NZD $50. Please make all requests at least 3 days before arrival — later requests incur an additional NZD $10 call-out fee. The first round of amenities is complimentary. If you’re staying more than 5 days, we’d recommend picking up extra during your stay.
