This apartment is perfectly located to explore all that Queenstown has to offer. Our home has everything you need to make your perfect Queenstown holiday memories. The Space A two-bedroom apartment on a single level, in central Queenstown, walking distance from the lakefront. The living areas look out to view over the lake. NOTE: Essential courtyard construction will be taking place on the 6th floor from 19 October 2026 through 12 March 2027 (with a holiday break from 12 December to 17 January). As a result, you may experience construction noise Monday through Friday between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Bedrooms: Two bedrooms. Please let us know if you’d like a different configuration. Bathrooms: Two full ensuite bathrooms. One with standing shower, Master with shower over bath Living areas: Open-plan living with heat pump, fireplace and balcony access. Kitchen: Fully equipped with a gas cooktop, built-in oven, microwave, utensils, dishware, and basic pantry items and a toaster. Balcony: Outdoor furniture and tremendous views! Standard Configuration: Bedroom 1: 1 King Bed Bedroom 2: 2 Single Beds Bed Configuration: Bedroom 1: King Size Bed Bedroom 2: 2 Single Beds or 1 King Bed Let us know your preferred configuration at least 3 days before arrival. Changes requested after this time will incur a fee of NZD $100 per bed plus a NZD $10 call-out fee if requested after check-in, which covers our external cleaners coming to rearrange beds and fit new linen. Guest Access Guests have full use of the property — kitchen, lounge, bedrooms, bathrooms, and balcony. The Neighbourhood The neighbourhood is wonderful. A few minutes walk from the shore of Lake Wakatipu, a 5-minute walk from the downtown Queenstown centre. It is a very quiet neighbourhood centrally located, but set far enough from the noise of the town centre, so you’ll find it very relaxing and quiet during your stay. The unit can be accessed by externail staircases or an elevator. Power: Running too many appliances at once may trip the power Fire alarm: Sensitive, so please take care when cooking and have the extraction fan turned on Extra linen and a mid-stay clean are available for a fee. Baby Bundle (portacot, high chair, baby bath) is available on request for NZD $50. Please make all requests at least 3 days before arrival — later requests incur an additional NZD $10 call-out fee. The first round of amenities is complimentary. If you’re staying more than 5 days, we’d recommend picking up extra during your stay. At least one guest must be over the age of 22 No pets, parties, or smoking/vaping indoors — and please, no glitter This property is in a residential area; quiet hours run from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
