The two spacious bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom, provide the your whole party with privacy and relaxation. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals, and the open-plan living area features a dining room table perfect for sharing meals and making memories with friends or loved ones.
Step out onto the balcony through expansive sliding glass doors and bask in the panoramic views, ideal for unwinding with a glass of Central Otago wine on a balmy summer evening. The outdoor seating and BBQ area is perfect for al fresco dining and taking in the sights.

A BBQ is available for guest use. If you would like to use it during your stay, please inform us at your earliest convenience or at least 3 days prior to your arrival. A fee of $150 applies, which covers the gas bottle, BBQ usage, and professional cleaning after your stay.
Please note that this property is on the side of Queenstown Hill and walking does require navigating an incline. The property itself has internal stairs from the carpark.

Bedroom 1- Queen Size Bed
Bedroom 2- King Size Bed that can be split into 2 Single beds
*Please let us know at least 3 days prior to your arrival. If you decide that you want the beds prepared differently to the standard configuration AFTER you arrive, there will be a charge of $100 per bed. This is for our external cleaners to come and arrange the beds and put all new linen on.
Baby Accessories - We can provide a portacot, high chair and baby bath on request at a fee of $50 . Please notify us at least 3 days prior to arrival.
Please, no pets, no smoking indoors and no parties/events.
A maximum of 4 guests are allowed. At least one guest must be over the age of 25.
Minimum 3 night stay during Christmas and New Years.
