Fancy 75m2 apartment to welcome up to 6 travelers looking for discovering our beautiful capital. It is on the second floor with elevator. This chic 75m2 apartment is both bright and spacious. The apartment with Parisian charm and very functional. The living room has a sofa bed for 2 people. The first double bedroom is next to the living room. The 2nd double bedroom is in a closed mezzanine. There is also a large bathroom with shower, please note that the toilet is separate from the shower room. The kitchen, which opens onto the dining room, is particularly pleasant as it is very well equipped. Pets are not allowed. Our team will welcome you in the apartment on the day of your arrival. During the check-in, you will have the opportunity to obtain all the information concerning the apartment and the surroundings. After check-in, you will be able to take a seat in the apartment, and we will remain at your disposal. In case of problem or need information, our office and our team are not very far from the apartment. There is a renovation of facade on the neighboring building which might cause noise disturbance on Monday to Friday from 08:00 - 17:00 and on Saturday from 08:00 - 14:00. Keys are to be collected at a different address ( 2 minutes by foot from the apartment). In accordance with French law (Article R.611-42 of the CESEDA), all foreign guests must complete a police form and provide an official identity document (passport). To make it easier, we use a secure online check-in tool that allows you to upload a photo of your passport before arrival.
