Kitchen: Fully equipped with dishwasher, induction cooktop, oven, microwave, fridge. Balcony: Balcony with outdoor dining table and benches. Changes requested after check-in incur a fee of NZD $100 per bed plus a NZD $10 call-out fee, which covers our external cleaners coming to rearrange beds and fit new linen. Guest Access Guests have full use of the property — kitchen, lounge, bedrooms, bathrooms, and balcony. The Neighbourhood Marina Apartments sit right on the waterfront of Lake Wakatipu, with the marina, beach, and cycle trail all on the doorstep. It’s a 3-minute walk to Altitude Brewery and a 5-minute walk to Boatshed Cafe for breakfast or lunch, with Frankton shops close by. Baby Bundle (portacot, high chair, baby bath) is available on request for NZD $50. Please make all requests at least 3 days before arrival — later requests incur an additional NZD $10 call-out fee. The first round of amenities is complimentary. If you’re staying more than 5 days, we’d recommend picking up extra during your stay.
