Welcome to our newly remodeled apartment located on Via Bovio. This modern space offers a comfortable retreat for travelers seeking both relaxation and proximity to the city’s dynamic cultural scene. The apartment is located by Florence’s vibrant Cascine Park and the revitalized Manifattura Tabacchi district, with many parking options and good transportation with the city center.
Upon entering, you’ll be greeted by an open-concept area featuring a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living room. The kitchen boasts modern appliances and a generous round table, perfect for shared meals. Adjacent, the living area invites you to unwind with its cozy sofa and smart TV. The entire space is bathed in natural light, thanks to large windows that open onto a livable terrace—ideal for morning coffee or evening relaxation. The apartment accommodates guests in two well-appointed bedrooms: one with a queen-sized bed and another with two single beds. A beautifully finished bathroom completes the space, offering a luxurious walk-in shower for your comfort.
The apartment also has a washing machine and air conditioning. It is located on the first floor with an elevator.
Situated near Cascine Park, Florence’s largest green space, guests can enjoy leisurely strolls, jogging paths, and seasonal events. The nearby Manifattura Tabacchi has transformed into a hub of contemporary culture, hosting events, housing modern shops, and offering diverse dining options.

Inside the apartment, there is everything you will need to enjoy your time in the best possible way. In the living room, there is a smart TV with Netflix in English (or your preferred language) and of course Wi-Fi internet access. The house is equipped with air conditioning in every room. In the kitchen, you will find a kettle, and Nespresso coffee machine with pods included. There is also a washing machine in the outside area.
In addition to sheets and towels, our guests will be provided with a bathroom set complete with hand soap, shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner.
