The apartment is located in the heart of San Lorenzo neighborhood, 5 minutes walk from the train station and to the Duomo square. It is on the second and last floor of a typical Florentine building in a pedestrian and quite street. The apartment has just been totally renovated. It consists of two king size bed bedrooms, one bedroom with a single bed, two bathrooms and a spacious and lightful living room with a fully furnished kitchen.
Guests will be welcomed by a member of staff available for helping out with any doubt and information needed.
The apartment is situated in Florence’s historical centre, close to the city’s mayor attractions as the Uffizi museum and the Palazzo Vecchio, just one minute walk to the Cappelle medicee.The neighborhood of San Lorenzo is full of life moving around the charming old San Lorenzo market.
The apartment is located in a limited traffic zone (ZTL), as the whole historical centre of Florence. To enter this limited zone by car you need to leave it at a private garage to avoid being fined. Otherwise you can look for parking outside the limited traffic zone, if you are feeling lucky! This option would be free. Beware that white lines are only for residents, while blue lines are public but to be paid from 8am to 8pm.
The closest private parkings are Garage Nazionale or Garage di Sant’Antonino. Both less than a hundred meters away from the apartment.
There is also a big parking underneath the S. Lorenzo Central Market, just a one minute walk from the apartment. This can be useful for short stops, but the parking is quite expensive over the two hours. There is no limited traffic zone to arrive at this parking.
The Santa Maria Novella Central station is only 500 meters away from the apartment. In this case walking is suggested. If you are landing at Peretola Airport, we suggest you take the city train Tramvia, which arrives at santa Maria Novella train station in about 20 minutes (1.50 Euros, tickets must be done before boarding the train). In case you prefer a taxi you’ll find them waiting at the stand outside the airport, the journey will be about 25 to 35 euros, for a 30 minutes journey depending on traffic.
Inside the apartment there is everything you will need to enjoy your time in the best possible way. In the living room there is a smart TV with Netflix in English (or you preferred language) and of course Wi Fi internet access. The house is equipped with air conditioning in every room. In the kitchen you will find dishwasher, oven, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine with pods included. The washing machine is located in a small room near the kitchen
In addition to sheets and towels, our guests will be provided with a bathroom set complete of hand soap, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner.
On request it is possible to have a high chair and a baby cradle.
