Owned by a traveling artist and his partner, the residence is available during their assignments abroad, allowing guests to immerse themselves in an art-filled, culturally rich environment. Furthermore, the apartment is right on the Lungarno, with stunning views of the picturesque Piazzale Michelangelo hill and Santa Croce Church.
Upon entering, you’re welcomed into a spacious open-plan living area that seamlessly integrates the kitchen and dining spaces, all framed by expansive windows offering captivating views of the Arno River and the iconic Piazzale Michelangelo hill. The interior is a curated gallery, showcasing an eclectic collection of artworks gathered from the owners’ encounters with fellow artists and extensive travels, reflecting their deep appreciation for diverse cultures. Towards the tranquil rear of the apartment, two comfortable double bedrooms provide restful retreats, overlooking a serene street leading to the historic Santa Croce square, merely a stone’s throw away. The apartment also features two bathrooms, one equipped with a modern shower.
The apartment is served by an elevator. It also has air conditioning and a washing machine.

The apartment is located in the Santa Croce district about 25 minutes walk from Santa Maria Novella train station. It can be also reached by public bus in about 30 minutes, with number 14, C1 or C3 buses. By taxi is roughly a 15 minutes ride, depending on traffic. The apartment is inside the ZTL (Limited Traffic Zone), which means that the entrance door can be reached by car only if right afterwords the car is brought to a garage to avoid being fined. There are many private garages in the area, the closest is Garage Tintori, just 300 meters away.
