➤ Just a quick heads-up: this is a gated resort community, so the primary guest booking the reservation must be at least 21 years old and all guests ages 16+ must be registered for gate access before arrival. I’ll need the full names of all guests 16+ and vehicle details ahead of check-in. Drivers will need to show a valid ID or Driver’s License at the gate, and non-drivers can use a State ID or Passport. It will then be the guest’s responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay. ➤ Just a heads-up: The owner’s closet by the front door is off-limits to guests, but other than that, you’ll have access to the entire home plus one amenity key card for the community facilities. ➤ Free driveway parking is available for up to 2 vehicles total. ➜ Easy access to I-4 for convenient travel across Orlando and nearby attractions. ➜ Uber and Lyft are widely available throughout the area. ➜ Approx. 15 minutes to Disney parks by car. ➜ Approx. 15 minutes to Universal Orlando Resort by car. ➜ Grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants, and essentials are only a short drive away. ➤ The property is equipped with both heating and air conditioning; however, i cannot guarantee that you will achieve a comfortable temperature if your preference falls outside the range of approximately 63°F to 77°F. Additionally, due to the nature of short-term rentals, where guests may frequently come and go, i cannot promise 100% uptime, as some guests may inadvertently push the systems beyond their capacity, necessitating repairs. ➤ Unfortunately, I can’t offer a bag drop-off service. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee. ➤ Please keep in mind that I am not responsible for any packages you order to the unit. ➤ Guest & Visitor Check-In Guidelines - All guests 16 and older must be registered in Gate Access for the specific property and dates they are visiting. - Drivers must check in with a valid government-issued ID or Driver’s License. - Non-drivers must present a valid State ID or Passport. - Upon check-in, guests will receive an orange pass for access to the community and the Oasis/Retreat Clubhouses. - Rideshare drivers (Uber, Lyft, etc.) must also present a valid Driver’s License.
