The bedroom, with a double bed, has been designed to offer maximum comfort and tranquillity, with sophisticated decoration and a warm atmosphere designed for rest. The bathrooms, with modern lines and premium finishes, feature spacious shower trays.

IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal rental contract upon arrival.
Online check-in is mandatory in accordance with current regulations and must be carried out through the MitHouse app/webapp. During this process, the MRZ band of each guest’s identity document will be read to extract the data required by the authorities. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.
For stays longer than 28 days, a deposit of €1,000 will be required, refundable at the end of the stay if no damage occurs to the accommodation.
Respect: In order to ensure good cohabitation and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment may be equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established quiet hours at all times.
