OUTDOORS Step onto the balcony and take in Cervinia from the front row: slopes and lift activity in front of you, the energy of the pedestrian centre all around. The perfect spot for a sunny break, a relaxed return after skiing or a quiet moment before heading out for dinner. The property is located in the pedestrian zone (ZTL) in the very centre of Cervinia. Authorised access to the ZTL is provided for arrival and luggage drop-off. In front of the building there is an external condominium car park, unassigned and subject to availability at the time of arrival, therefore parking directly outside the building cannot be guaranteed.
