Set in a privileged location close to both countryside and coastline, Villa Solmaris offers a warm, welcoming atmosphere designed for relaxed and memorable holidays with family or friends. The house comfortably accommodates up to 10 adults plus 2 additional guests and is fully equipped to meet the needs of a seamless stay, combining generous interior spaces with inviting outdoor living areas.
The heart of the home opens onto a covered porch with an outdoor dining area overlooking the swimming pool, a favourite gathering spot for both children and adults throughout the day. Just a short drive away lies the picturesque beach of Fonte da Telha, where evenings can be spent watching the sunset from one of the many seaside terraces while enjoying freshly caught fish or a chilled glass of sangria.
Inside, the ground floor features a spacious shared kitchen, dining area and living room, ideal for socialising. This level also includes a comfortable suite with a double bed measuring 1.60 m x 2.00 m, a bathroom with both bath and shower, and a dressing room, as well as an additional bedroom with a double bed measuring 1.40 m x 2.00 m and a separate bathroom with shower. The first floor comprises a central hall, four further bedrooms each with double beds measuring 1.40 m x 2.00 m, two bathrooms with showers, and a dressing room, providing ample space and privacy for larger groups. The attic is arranged as a games room, offering extra entertainment for guests of all ages.
The outdoor area is designed for leisure and comfort, featuring a private swimming pool, jacuzzi, outdoor shower, sun loungers, a living area, a covered dining space with outdoor kitchen, barbecue facilities, an additional bathroom and private parking for two cars.
Restaurants, supermarkets and essential services are all within walking distance, while the surrounding region offers easy access to beaches, golf courses, tennis courts and public transport. Lisbon is approximately 23 km away, with Lisbon Airport reachable in around 28 km, making the property well connected yet peacefully positioned.
Wi-Fi and end-of-stay cleaning are included in the rental. A refundable security deposit of EUR800 is required. House heating is optional and becomes mandatory from mid-October to mid-April at a cost of EUR35 per night. Use of the jacuzzi is charged at EUR12 per night. Pets may be accepted on request for an additional EUR100 per booking. Check-in is from 16:00 onwards, with departure by 10:00 on the day of check-out.
