The house comfortably accommodates up to 10 adults plus 2 additional guests and is fully equipped to meet the needs of a seamless stay, combining generous interior spaces with inviting outdoor living areas. The heart of the home opens onto a covered porch with an outdoor dining area overlooking the swimming pool, a favourite gathering spot for both children and adults throughout the day. Just a short drive away lies the picturesque beach of Fonte da Telha, where evenings can be spent watching the sunset from one of the many seaside terraces while enjoying freshly caught fish or a chilled glass of sangria. Inside, the ground floor features a spacious shared kitchen, dining area and living room, ideal for socialising. This level also includes a comfortable suite with a double bed measuring 1.60 m x 2.00 m, a bathroom with both bath and shower, and a dressing room, as well as an additional bedroom with a double bed measuring 1.40 m x 2.00 m and a separate bathroom with shower. The first floor comprises a central hall, four further bedrooms each with double beds measuring 1.40 m x 2.00 m, two bathrooms with showers, and a dressing room, providing ample space and privacy for larger groups. The attic is arranged as a games room, offering extra entertainment for guests of all ages.
