An additional auxiliary space offers a washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing facilities and luggage storage, making the villa particularly practical for longer stays. The outdoor areas are designed for relaxation and entertaining, with a private swimming pool with a view, an outdoor jacuzzi, furnished terraces, an outdoor dining area and a built-in barbecue. The entire villa is air-conditioned and equipped with flat-screen satellite TVs in every room, free wireless internet throughout, and complimentary on-site parking. For added security and peace of mind, the property is fitted with an alarm system, access control system and exterior security cameras. There is no permanent on-site staff at the villa, ensuring complete guest privacy, though local assistance is available if required. No mandatory extra charges apply during the stay; however, guests should be aware that a refundable damage deposit of up to €300 may be requested after check-out in accordance with the property’s damage policy. A cot for infants up to one year old can be provided free of charge upon request and subject to availability. No extra beds are available.
