The villa is an excellent base for visiting the main Veneto art cities such as Venice, Treviso, Padua, Vicenza and Verona, as well as charming historic villages, Prosecco vineyards, scenic hills and food & wine routes. An ideal setting for a slow holiday focused on culture, landscapes and local traditions.
After a day of hiking, trekking, cycling, outdoor activities and cultural visits, return to a peaceful oasis and enjoy a refreshing swim in the private pool, surrounded by silence and nature. The area is also perfect for sports and outdoor lovers: paragliding in Borso del Grappa, golf in Asolo, water sports at Lake Santa Croce and Lake Garda, plus numerous bike and hiking trails starting directly from the villa.

The villa is arranged over two levels. On the ground floor there is a large living area with kitchen and four bedrooms: one double bedroom with independent external access, garden-facing glass wall, kitchenette, area with bathtub and bathroom with shower; two double bedrooms and one room with kitchenette that can be used as a lounge or double/twin bedroom. The first floor, accessible from outside via a staircase, features a fifth bedroom with bathroom with shower.
