Villa il Gelsomino is a luxury property in the heart of Itria Valley in Puglia, close to the cozy town of San Michele Salentino with easy access to some of most beautiful historical cities of the region, and as well to the Adriatic Coast with its beautiful beaches.
The villa features a large private gated garden of over 1000 square meters made of English grass and partially paved, all around the property there are century olive groves and the traditional Mediterranean vegetation. The garden has a private swimming pool of 10x5 mt. depth 1.50 mt. it is equipped with elegant sun lounges and covered gazebo for shade. Close to the pool there is a covered outside kitchen with electric stove and stone Barbeque, table with chairs, it is perfect for organize al fresco meals. There are others covered patio next to the house with garden furniture where to relax while enjoying a glass of Apulia wine.
The Interiors of Villa il Gelsomino are over 180 square meters the entrance leads to a large living room equipped with sofas Satellite TV, dining angle with table and chairs, all the living area have large windows facing the garden and pool area making it very bright. Next to the living is the fully equipped kitchen.
There are 4 bedrooms two with a double bed and the other two with two single beds each, (beds can be joined upon request). Complete the hose two full bathrooms with shower:
