ABOUT
A newly decorated two-story condo in South Palm Springs featuring an open-concept layout, a private backyard with pool and spa, and mountain-view balconies that extend the living experience outdoors.
INTERIOR
Inside, the home feels bright, polished, and easy to settle into, with an open floor plan that connects the living, dining, and kitchen spaces into one cohesive flow. The living area is styled with plush furnishings, elegant décor, a wall-mounted TV, and a fireplace that adds warmth and character without interrupting the clean, modern lines of the space. The dining area sits just beyond, with a table for four placed in front of sliding glass doors so meals unfold with views of the pool deck and a natural indoor–outdoor rhythm.
The kitchen is designed for both convenience and gathering, finished with stainless steel appliances and anchored by a breakfast bar with seating for four. Two sets of sliders open the main level to the yard, creating an effortless transition from cooking and conversation to poolside lounging. The entry courtyard adds an extra layer of privacy as you arrive, and the attached two-car garage makes coming and going feel simple, especially for longer stays.
The main level includes the open living, dining, and kitchen areas, along with a half bath and a dedicated laundry area, while the second level is arranged around the sleeping spaces and private outdoor balconies that capture the mountain backdrop.
SLEEPING QUARTERS
Upstairs, the primary bedroom is arranged as a quiet retreat with a king bed, a ceiling fan, and floor-to-ceiling windows that frame mountain views and bring in soft daylight. A private balcony extends the space outdoors, and the ensuite bathroom is appointed with dual sinks, a soaking tub, and a separate shower that makes winding down after a day in the desert feel unhurried.
The guest bedroom also enjoys its own ensuite setup and private balcony, offering a queen bed and a large smart TV for relaxed evenings. Its bathroom features a walk-in shower, keeping the look clean and contemporary. In addition to the two bedrooms, the home includes a separate upstairs TV lounge that functions as a dedicated media space, offering another place to stretch out and unwind away from the main living area.
EXTERIOR
The backyard is designed as a private oasis, with a compact pool and spa that invite sun-soaked afternoons and quieter evening dips under the desert sky. Chaise lounges line the pool deck for easy lounging, and the enclosed setting keeps the space feeling tucked away and comfortable. Upstairs, two separate balconies add another outdoor option, offering elevated moments to take in the mountains and enjoy the fresh air without leaving the home.
POOL/SPA
The sparkling pool and soothing spa take center stage, inviting long, sun-soaked afternoons or peaceful evening dips beneath the desert sky. Optional pool and spa heat is available for $45 per night. We recommend adding heat between October and May. With this option, your pool will be preheated to a comfortable 83°F before your arrival. You will also be able to heat the spa, which is included in your booking.
EV CHARGING
This property is equipped with an OK2Charge Level 2 Smart EV Charger*. So while you are enjoying your time in Palm Springs, you can rest assured that you will be able to charge your vehicle while you relax and enjoy the comforts of home. Once you arrive, scan the QR code on the charger, choose your payment method, and you are ready to charge! *Tesla drivers require a J1772 Adaptor, this adapter is included with every Tesla vehicle delivery from the factory.
