Welcome to our warm and welcoming home in the heart of Glebe! We offer a whole house with 3 bedrooms, ideal for travelers seeking a comfortable and affordable stay in Sydney.
Our home is located in Glebe, NSW, just a short walk to cafes, restaurants, shops, and public transport for easy access to Sydney CBD, Darling Harbour, and universities.
The entire house is private and exclusively for your group’s use, including the kitchen, bathroom, and living areas — nothing is shared with other guests or tenants.

Twin Room: A bright and simple room with two single beds, perfect for friends, siblings, or colleagues.

Guests have access to the entire house.
The attic room is a private room that does not have a standard door, and not lockable.
We give guests their own space but are available via OTA messaging for any questions or assistance throughout your stay.

No smoking inside or on the property — a $700 fine applies if evidence is found.
Please make sure all doors and windows are locked when you head out, as we can’t take responsibility for lost or stolen items.
Keep noise to a respectful level after 9 pm — no parties or large gatherings are allowed.
The entire house is for your private use, so please take care of it as if it were your own home.
Up to 2 visitors are welcome between 8 am and 9 pm; overnight or extra guests may incur additional charges.
Lost keys, remotes, or access cards cost $200–$500 to replace.
Only park in the designated spot if parking is included with your booking.
Occasionally, building facilities (if applicable) such as the gym or pool may be temporarily closed — feel free to check with us if you’re unsure.
A quick photo ID check will be required before or during your stay.
Please note: the attic room door does not have a lock, while the twin room does.
