The bedroom features a comfortable queen-sized bed with professionally laundered and pressed linen, along with generous wardrobe space for your belongings.

The bathroom includes a shower and toilet. We provide towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and toilet paper to get you started. For longer stays, guests may need to top up supplies depending on usage.

- You will have access to the building’s swimming pool, BBQ area, and shared garden and courtyard.
Please note that shared facilities are managed by building management and may occasionally be unavailable. We recommend checking any building notices upon arrival for the latest updates.
PARKING
- One secure allocated car space
- Additional limited 2-hour paid parking is available nearby, with a maximum rate of $6, Monday to Friday.
Check-in details will be sent two days before your arrival, with access codes provided four hours to keep your booking secure.
Only one guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys, as replacement costs apply. Lost keys, or keys left inside the apartment requiring assistance, will incur a minimum charge of $355.
