Bring your sandals and your sun hat and get ready to enjoy some of the most memorable sunsets of your life. Located in a quiet 9-unit complex adjacent to Santa Cruz Small Craft Harbor and walking distance to Twin Lakes State Beach, Seabright Beach and nearby restaurants. Experience the sounds and smells of the sea from your balcony that overlooks the harbor. This is a third floor unit with no other units above it and the elevated perspective highlights the ocean views. There are about 45 stairs from the parking area up to the unit but inside the space is all on one level.
This well-equipped home is perfect for your central California Coast getaway. Situated south of the San Francisco Bay area and just north of the Monterey Peninsula, you will have easy access to scenic drives, world-class restaurants, special local events and plenty to do for days upon days. You’ll want to return again and again in order to experience everything the area has to offer.
Living Space
This condo is on the third level of the building with no units above. Once inside, the unit is all on one level.
Lofty open beam ceilings and skylights are a key feature of this airy, open-concept living area that includes the dining area and kitchen.
The living area has a cozy fireplace for burning Duraflame logs, TV and a large sofa with chaise.
The upper level ocean view deck has a propane BBQ grill and a table with 4 chairs perfect for dining al fresco with views of the harbor and lighthouse laid out before you.
Kitchen and Dining
Gleaming countertops and stainless steel appliances adorn this fully-equipped kitchen. Ample counter space and cabinet storage space are featured in this newly remodeled kitchen. A large peninsula with an under-counter mounted sink with an apron front and the open-concept allows the chef to enjoy views of the harbor. On the other side of the kitchen peninsula is a dining table that seats four.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
Both bedrooms have comfortable king beds with quality linens and both bathrooms have standing showers with clear glass doors and custom tile.
The condo is equipped with a stacked washer and dryer in a hallway closet.

One dedicated covered off-street parking space is provided. Nearby street parking is generally easy to find and is available on a first come first served basis.
