This single-level home opens to a spacious living room centered around a 95” TV and fireplace, creating the perfect place to unwind after a day in the sun. The large kitchen and dining area offer plenty of space for shared meals, morning coffee, and easy entertaining.
The home comfortably sleeps 8 across four bedrooms and a sunroom game lounge featuring a queen sofa bed. Three bedrooms include queen beds, while the primary suite features a king bed, 55” TV, and a beautifully updated bathroom with a rainfall shower for a spa-like experience.
The sunroom doubles as a vibrant game room designed for both adults and kids, complete with a poker setup and games for all ages.
The garage has been thoughtfully converted into a private fitness space featuring a rower, indoor spin bike, and weights, making it easy to maintain your wellness routine while traveling.

• The City of Goleta enforces a STRICT noise ordinance from 9:00 PM–8:00 AM. During these hours, pool use is prohibited, outdoor noise must be kept to a minimum, and no outdoor music is permitted.
• Ping pong hours and usage rules are posted in the garage.
• Parking is limited to 2 vehicles in the driveway. No street parking is allowed.
• All guests and visitors are expected to be respectful neighbors and follow house rules to help maintain a peaceful community and allow us to continue hosting.
*Please note the AC unit in the home is not currently operable. Fans are provided in each room.
