Tucked just off Lake Arrowhead’s coveted West Shore, this A-frame brings light, warmth, and lake views together in all the right ways. The level entry and a fully remodeled interior, features cathedral ceilings, a statement stone fireplace, and a wall of glass that fills the space with natural light and frames the outdoors. Walk to the North Bay shoreline during the day, where everyone hangs out in the summer, and sit around the firepit at night under a starlit sky.
The main level was designed to entertain, with open living, dining, and kitchen spaces that flow out to a large deck perfect for lounging, grilling, or cozy nights by the outdoor fireplace. The beautifully designed kitchen features new appliances and plenty of storage. Also on the main level is a spacious guest bedroom with its own deck access and a full bath. Downstairs, the second living area features a fireplace, tv, and a cozy kids nook tucked under the stairs, Enjoy games, movies, or a little quiet time away from the main level living room. Two more bedrooms, a second full bath, and a laundry room with extra storage complete the lower level. Set on a quiet street just a short walk to the lake and a 10 minute drive to the Village, this is the ideal location to feel tucked away while still being close to everything Lake Arrowhead has to offer. This home is great for guests with limited mobility! There is level entry to the front door, and we have a main level primary suite with en suite bathroom. The kitchen, dining, expansive deck, and living room are accessible without use of stairs.
