This is the perfect place for you! The Guadalupe River at the 3rd crossing is stocked with trout starting December 1st! The current record from the property is 27 trout in 3 hours. Don’t miss your chance to try and beat the record! Spacious kitchen with dining table for 6 and 4 additional seats at the breakfast bar. Comfortable living room with a Smart TV and a futon that sleeps 2. Large master bedroom with a queen size bed, Smart TV and beautiful views of the river with direct porch access. Master bedroom has a private bathroom. Upstairs loft great for kids to play games, watch movies on the Smart TV, and relax! The second bedroom has a queen sized bed, Smart TV and river views. The third bedroom, also with river views, has 2 twin beds. Guest bath is convenient to both the upstairs bedrooms and the loft. High quality linens are provided for all beds and bathrooms.
There are wonderful tube rentals, shuttle services, and entertainment up and down River Road! The closest tube rental to the home is Rocky Beach which is only .8 miles away. The best fishing in the area! Just a short drive to Gruene and downtown New Braunfels, which both offer several restaurants, entertainment, and numerous activities. Gruene Hall is the oldest dance hall in Texas and a famous landmark. Gruene also offers great shopping, restaurants and wine tasting. Close to the San Marcos outlet malls, Schlitterbahn and Canyon Lake. Host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. No pets allowed. This home has a maximum occupancy of 8 guests. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed. You can park 4 vehicles at this property. To comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor areas of this home are monitored by video camera. This property includes accidental damage protection up to $1500.
