Sand Marino is a newly updated 5-bedroom, 4-bath home located in the gated Villages of Blue Mountain Beach along Scenic 30A. Designed to comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests, this multi-level home offers a practical layout for families, multiple couples, or groups who want shared spaces for gathering along with private areas to unwind. Your Space The main living area is located on the first floor and connects seamlessly to the kitchen, allowing guests to cook, socialize, and spend time together without feeling separated. The kitchen includes a peninsula with seating for four, while the adjacent dining area seats six, making meals and group gatherings easy and comfortable. This level works well as the central hub of the home, whether you’re starting the day or settling in after time out along 30A. Sunroom & Outdoor Living Located at the back of the home, the sunroom adds a bright and functional extension of the living space. Furnished with a table and chairs, it’s ideal for shared meals, card games, or quiet mornings with coffee. Many guests appreciate having this additional indoor-outdoor space for spending time together while still enjoying coastal breezes. Bedroom Layout & Privacy A bedroom and full bathroom are conveniently located on the main level. Upstairs on the second floor, you’ll find three additional bedrooms, including a spacious primary suite and a bunk room that works especially well for kids or teens. The third floor serves as a private retreat, featuring a king bedroom with its own bathroom, seating area, and balcony—an ideal spot to wind down at the end of the day. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.
