Four full baths, a large, private primary suite and a gourmet kitchen place this vacation rental home above the rest. Only drivers experienced and comfortable with Sierra winter conditions should consider this home in the winter. During snowy conditions, you will need a 4WD or AWD with chains and mud/snow tires to ascend the steep driveway. The upper driveway has a heated snow melt system, but depending on the amount of snowfall, it may not be immediately accessible. Snow plow service occurs once daily when there is an accumulation of 6 inches of new snow. Always back vehicles into the garage so you can drive forward down the driveway. Use the turn-out at the curve to back into the garage.
