his 1,500-square-foot, single-family home sits steps from the beach near the St. Augustine Pier, in a charming residential neighborhood full of swaying palms. Located just off A1A, on a quiet residential street that leads to a beach walkway, this home is within walking distance of shops, a farmers market, award-winning restaurants, and open-air sports bars. The pier is less than half a mile away, providing a great land-based ocean fishing opportunity. In addition, St. Augustine’s St. George Street and historic downtown are only six miles away, offering old-world charm and an abundance of history. After a fun day at the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower before heading into your vacation home. The interior is flooded with light and colorful, beach-inspired decor (including a mermaid in nearly every room). The second floor, with its open-concept design and vaulted ceilings, features north-facing windows, a large living and dining area, a kitchen, and a balcony with a partial ocean view.
