This spacious, sixth-floor condo enjoys a view to remember: the 16th hole of the Hammock Golf Course and ocean waves crashing just beyond. The covered balcony is a wonderful place to begin each day at sunrise and cap each evening with a moonrise over the water. You’ll have a front-row seat for the sunrise every morning, right from the bed in the primary suite. It’s the perfect time to take a morning stroll on the secluded beach, where you can walk for miles on the native, cinnamon-colored coquina sand and watch dolphins playing in the surf. The surf fishing is fantastic on this stretch of beach, so bring your poles (along with the boogie boards provided in the condo). The living room is large, airy, and comfortable, offering a sofa, two easy chairs, and an entertainment center with a flatscreen TV. Step out onto the balcony (although you can see the Atlantic from inside as well), where a casual table and chairs invite you to dine al fresco. There’s an interior dining space too - a great place to play board games and cards at night. The kitchen has everything you need to stay in and cook one evening if you choose. Additional conveniences include a full-size washer/dryer and two additional bedrooms to go along with the primary suite. This condo is located in the exclusive, gated Ocean Hammock Resort, with miles of private beach and leisure facilities galore. Enjoy multiple swimming pools, a spa, a clubhouse, a gym, and a game room. The location is perfect for day trips north to St. Augustine or south to Walt Disney World.
