New patio furniture coming summer 2026. Right now, there is a high top table and chairs, grill and hot tub. Rental Agreement All reservations are required to have a signed rental agreement on file with Property Manager in order to be considered confirmed. Rental agreements will be reviewed and signed digitally. Depending upon the booking channel on which you reserved, this agreement is likely to be shared in a follow up email.
