INTERIOR
The condo features an updated kitchen and an open floor plan that encompasses the kitchen, dining area, and living room. The dining table features seating for six, and the living room sofa is ideal for movie nights or watching your favorite sporting event. A community laundry is available for guest use. One covered parking is assigned for guest use, and guest parking is available for one additional vehicle.
SLEEPING QUARTERS
The Main Bedroom features a king-sized bed, a 42-inch Smart TV, a spacious closet, and an en suite bathroom with dual vanities. This room also includes a small private patio on the north side, which can be accessed through a large sliding door. On the opposite side of the unit is the Guest Bedroom, which is equipped with two queen beds, a 42-inch Smart TV, and a large closet. This bedroom shares the hallway bathroom, which has a single vanity and a shower-tub combo. The Guest Bedroom offers views of the tennis courts.
EXTERIOR
The unit includes a covered patio that offers views and direct access to the tennis courts, which are just ten feet away. The patio faces west, providing stunning views of the desert mountains at sunset. Guests have full access to the three HOA pools and hot tubs located within the resort; however, there is no guest access to the figure-eight pool or social play on the club tennis courts. The Patio Fire Feature is decorative only.
