Welcome to the exclusive area of Tulum, where luxury and nature converge in this one-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment situated within the prestigious gated community of Luum Zama. As you step into this stunning eco-chic apartment, you’ll be captivated by its elegant design and seamless integration with the surrounding natural beauty.
The Space:
On the ground floor of the apartment, you will find the spacious ling and dining room and a fully equipped open kitchen and a balcony surrounded by leafy planters, tzalam wood, art, and a locally handmade hammock. In the entrance hall, there is a full bathroom with two sinks and a laundry area with a washer and dryer. Every piece of art and furniture was thoughtfully chosen to create a sublime atmosphere. You will have a sofa, a wide-screen smart TV, a coffee table, and more art pieces. The same space has a wooden rounded dining table with four comfortable chairs. The kitchen has everything you need: two coffee machines, a toaster, blender, panini-maker, electric stove, microwave, and another small electric oven; stylish cutlery and tableware, wine and champagne glasses. Upstairs there is the bedroom with a king-size bed and & a sofa bed, closet, and TV. You can enjoy the sunshine from your own terrace and plunge pool that is next to the bedroom. This beautiful condo has a great design with lots of natural light coming in; beige and grey walls give it a modern look. And unique artworks and decor make it a very cozy and welcoming place to stay for a memorable vacation.

Tulum is a town in the middle of the jungle, please consider that sometimes the power can have outages which could affect the wifi signal or services like water. Also, the mobile signal can be limited in some areas.
We provide one towel per person per stay, most of our apartments have washing and drying machines or are located close to a laundry.

For reservations made outside of OTA, OTA, or our website, we require a valid credit card to place a security deposit hold. This hold is not a charge and is automatically released after checkout, provided there are no damages or breaches during the stay.
