Guest Access:
Guests have full access to all areas of the apartment and the building amenities (pool, gym, movie theater, etc.).
IMPORTANT:
-Entry to the building requires an access card, which is handed over in person. The apartment has a digital lock.
-Entrance must be through Independencia Street (Av. Independencia 69).
Make sure to coordinate your arrival and departure in advance so we can give you the access card without any issues.
Interaction with Guests:
We’ll be available from 9 AM to 10 PM to assist you during your stay and help with any questions or issues :)
Since access to the building is through a physical key card, it’s very important to coordinate your check-in and check-out times carefully.
Other Things to Note:
*Once the reservation is made, the number of guests or nights cannot be reduced. As well as no date changes.
*In Mexico City, we do not use heaters or air conditioning. We recommend keeping an eye on the weather forecast and packing accordingly with clothing that best suits the climate :).
*Mexico City has experienced water cuts in the area. In the event of a possible water shortage, we will remain attentive at all times.
We provide one towel per person per stay, most of our apartments have washing and drying machines or are located close to a laundry.

Please note that any towels that get permanently stained or damaged will be charged. To avoid this, you will find special towels labeled “makeup” that you can use freely for makeup removal or other products that might stain.
