Recently “freshened up,” each space is bright and clean with open concept floor plans. Each comes equipped with a full kitchen, washer and dryer, newly installed mini splits and access to a shared outdoor brick patio space. Property Manager properties are all keyless, and instead use keypad smart locks for all of the doors for both the buildings and units. All guests will receive an email the morning of their arrival with the instructions, codes to the doors and Wifi. Super easy! Check-in time is anytime after 3:00 p.m. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. Please be respectful of these times unless you have contacted us, as we have a cleaning crew who need the time to do a thorough job before and after all of our guests. Parking is on street parking. There are no meters and no residential parking sticker requirements which makes it easy to find spots. Ultra-walkable downtown Newport RI—no car needed!
