SeaView 300 is a four-bedroom gulf front condominium in the Seagrove community on the beautiful stretch of beaches known locally only as “30A.” SeaView 300 is a third story unit that provides guests with endless views of the gulf in addition to an open living area, three king suites, and a community pool.
The focal point of the unit is without a doubt the open floor plan living area overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The living room hosts a flat-screen TV, large sectional, two armchairs, vaulted ceilings, and hardwood floors. The formal dining area overlooks the beach and features a dining table with seating for six. There’s also a breakfast bar in the kitchen with even more seating. The gourmet kitchen is complete with GE Profile appliances, quartz countertops, and white cabinets. The main living area also hosts a half bathroom and access to the expansive gulf-front balcony with alfresco dining and lounge seating.
With four bedrooms, this gorgeous unit accommodates up to eight guests. The first bedroom features a king-sized bed, flat-screen TV, and an ensuite bathroom complete with a combination shower/tub. The second and third bedrooms share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a combination shower/tub. Both bedrooms have flat-screen TVs and one has a queen-sized bed and the other has a king-sized bed. These adjoined rooms are perfect for a small family making this unit perfect for small dual family vacations.
The gulf-front master suite also offers amazing views of the gulf from the comforts of a king bed. The suite also includes a flat-screen TV/DVD player combo, direct balcony access, and a private master bathroom. The master bathroom is complete with dual sinks, a jetted tub, a stand-alone shower, a walk-in closet, and a private water closet.
SeaView provides guests with a pool and deeded beach access. The small development is just minutes from Seaside and Alys Beach in the Seagrove area of 30A with restaurants and shopping across the street. The area is quiet and family-friendly, with bike paths and trails lining the roads.
