The main living area features an open-concept living room and dining space that flows seamlessly onto the terrace through floor-to-ceiling windows, creating a continuous indoor–outdoor experience. The private terrace is equipped with an outdoor dining area and a plunge pool with views, perfect for unwinding while enjoying the sunsets. The villa includes four spacious bedrooms, each with a full en-suite bathroom and closet, ensuring comfort and privacy for every guest. All spaces are generously sized, air-conditioned, and thoughtfully designed for a relaxed stay. The kitchen features a central island and high-end finishes and opens directly to the dining area, ideal for shared moments. A laundry area and a service room are also integrated, providing added convenience throughout your stay. Guests have full access to the villa, including the private pool, as well as the ANERA common areas. Optional services (available at an additional cost and with prior booking) include housekeeping during your stay, in-home cook, grocery pre-stocking, and restaurant or tour reservations. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the villa and key common areas. We recommend using a private vehicle or pre-arranged transportation. Our concierge team is available to assist with airport transfers and local transport during your stay. We can also help coordinate boat tours or excursions to nearby attractions. Cleaning during your stay is not included. Additional services are available for an extra fee and must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.
