Blending luxury comfort with resort-style amenities, the home offers a secluded setting with sweeping desert and mountain views, while remaining just minutes from downtown Joshua Tree and the National Park. Designed for group getaways, family retreats, and celebratory stays, Una Vida balances privacy, style, and effortless indoor-outdoor living.
The home is thoughtfully designed to complement its natural surroundings. A sleek exterior nods to Southwestern architecture, while the interior features modern lines, warm woods, marble finishes, and a calming desert-inspired palette. Large sliding glass doors open the main living space fully to the backyard, creating a seamless connection between the interior and the outdoors.
Outdoors, the fully fenced yard functions as a private resort. Enjoy a custom pool with water slide and tanning shelf, built-in spa, multiple fire pits, lounge seating, swings, hammocks, and native desert landscaping. When you’re ready to explore, hiking trails, the National Park, and Joshua Tree’s bars, boutiques, and restaurants are all close by.

IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW
- CHECK-IN PROCESS - Checking in at your Property Manager home is now easier than ever. Property Manager’s guidebook contains everything you need to know. From reservation details, property information, check-in instructions, local recommendations and add-on services to enhance your stay, you’ll find it all here.
- PARKING - Guests are limited to a maximum of 4 cars, depending on size. Renters and their daytime guests should park in the garage or driveway. There is NO on-street parking available. To avoid ticketing or towing, please ensure all cars are not extending into or blocking the sidewalk.
- EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT - Stay a little longer and add up to 2 hours before or after your arrival for $75/hour. Half days (11am arrival or 4pm departure) are also available for 50% of the nightly rate for the night needing to be blocked to accommodate.
- DELIVERIES - We are unable to accept packages at the homes. Please plan accordingly and utilize holding packages at the local post office or nearby Amazon Lockers.
- EVENTS / RETREATS - APPROVAL REQUIRED PRIOR TO BOOKING. Small events within our permitting requirements are considered. Please note that all events require formal, written approval from the County of San Bernardino. Additionally, an event fee starting at $1,000 will apply, with the final cost determined by the specific scope and coverage of the occasion.
- PHOTO/VIDEO & COMMERCIAL USE - APPROVAL REQUIRED PRIOR TO BOOKING. Guests are welcome and encouraged to take photos for personal use (and feel free to tag us @stayfieldtrip). Drones are not permitted due to county restrictions. While we welcome professional media projects, all commercial, professional, promotional, or revenue-generating photography and videography are subject to production fees. Additionally, any filming on the property is permitted only upon receiving formal approval from the County of San Bernardino. For these activities, we require payment in advance along with a signed production agreement, production insurance, and a location release. IF THERE IS ANY DOUBT IF YOUR SHOOT IS COMMERCIAL, PLEASE INQUIRE FIRST. Any guests found to be doing a commercial shoot will have their reservation canceled. Any commercial shoots discovered during or after a stay will be responsible for the production fee.
