Welcome to our Las Olas’ Modern Zen House B! This incredibly well thought out property is the twin of our other Zen Home and has everything you need to enjoy a stay with friends, family, & colleagues alike! Located in the posh neighborhood of Victoria Park, you’ll be only 5 minutes away from both the wondrous nightlife of Las Olas where there’s a never-ending list of events for people of all ages, and of course, Fort Lauderdale Beach!
We are usually around in other properties in the area so we may be able to do a meet and greet! But more often than not, you can do a self check in with the code we will provide you prior to 4pm!
Victoria Park is a quiet residential neighborhood that has a unique blend of luxury modern mansions and historic properties surrounded by beautiful foliage and lighting and centrally located to everything Fort Lauderdale has to offer!
Our property has three parking spaces available: one inside the garage, and two more will fit in the driveway. Please DO NOT park on any of our neighbors’ properties or on the street.
We are only a 5-minute car ride from both the beach and the Las Olas strip- where you’ll find plenty of dining and shopping options.
For the nightlife scene, you’ll want to check out Riverfront, which is only a 10-minute Uber ride away.
If you’re looking for a park to do some outdoor exercises, look no further than Holiday Park which is only a few blocks away from the property and a 5-minute walk.
