Beautiful villa with private pool in Cala Sant Vicenç, surrounded by nature and just 4 minutes’ drive from the coves in the area.
With capacity for 6 people, this welcoming home has 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms with shower.
Inside the house there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with two single beds, as well as a shared full bathroom. The third bedroom, with two single beds and an en suite bathroom, is located next to the external terrace, offering a space with an extra degree of independence within the property. There is also a third full bathroom located in the pool area.
The villa is located on a large rural estate within the Sierra de Tramuntana, a tranquil and privileged setting where you can enjoy Majorcan nature. Among its most special corners stands a beautiful holm oak forest, where it is common to see sheep grazing.
Outside, it has a garden, spacious terraces, outdoor furniture, barbecue and private swimming pool, ideal for relaxing with family or friends.
The house has wifi, air conditioning, heat pump heating, television, washing machine, iron, hair dryer and outdoor parking. The independent kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, fridge, oven, microwave, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, juicer and all necessary kitchenware.
