Here, you’ll enjoy plenty of space, a large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, and washer-dryer — plus direct access to the balcony and the adjoining living and dining room. The south-facing double living room, with its beautiful herringbone parquet flooring, opens directly onto the balcony. One side is designed for relaxation — curl up on the large sofa with a good book or enjoy the superb audio-visual system with BOSE speakers and ultra-fast internet. The other side serves as a dedicated dining area, comfortably seating six guests for shared meals. Guests will particularly appreciate the abundance of natural light, the large balcony, and the generous sense of space throughout the apartment. Nestled on the elegant and peaceful rue Rossini — a quiet street running parallel to the vibrant Boulevard Haussmann — this apartment offers the perfect balance of central living and tranquillity. Its prime location places you within easy reach of some of Paris’s most iconic landmarks: enjoy a leisurely 20-minute stroll to the Louvre and the banks of the Seine, walk just 10 minutes to the majestic Opéra Garnier, or reach the world-famous Galeries Lafayette in only 7 minutes for a spot of retail therapy. While the apartment’s central setting allows you to explore much of the city on foot, Paris’s superb metro system offers excellent connections, with at least three different lines less than four minutes away on foot. For those arriving from abroad, the property is just 15 minutes from Gare du Nord — ideal for Eurostar or Thalys travellers — and around 50 minutes from Charles de Gaulle Airport via metro and RER.
