Large spaces and with a design that combines restraint elegance with a homey feeling coziness. Basically a modern version of the classic bourgeois grand apartments, that were the hallmarks of this city central neighborhood in the early 20th century when the building was built. Three separate bedrooms (two with attached balcony), two bathroom and a separate living room and dining area - a perfect gathering space for the whole group. Most sights are nearby, along the best of dining and wining.
Classicly layout grand apartments with a modern design that, on the other hand, look back and take inspiration from these grand bourgeois apartments that were the hallmark of this centrally located neighborhood in the early 20th century when the building was built. So you will have a restrained elegance with cozy touches that makes a home.
Upon entering, a large hall welcomes you from which the two bathrooms open. Both are full bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. The perfect soaker for the end of a long day exploring Budapest.
One of the bedrooms also opens from the hall and faces the tranquil inner courtyard.
The locus of the apartment is the American-style living room which is a perfect spot for the whole group to get together. The large TV comes with a complimentary Netflix account, but if someone has an account, then all the other large streaming services are accessible on the TV. The kitchen is well equipped, and there is enough space for everyone to have a sumptuous dinner if one opts to (although the neighborhood is choked full of good restaurants).
The two larger bedrooms are open from the living room but are entirely separable. Both come with their reading corner to function as separate living quarters. Also, both have a nice balcony facing the street for some sun lounging or outdoor dining.
The area is home to many nice restaurants and plenty of cool entertainment options. Among them are the now World famous ruin bars. Most sights are within walking distance. The renowned Grand Synagogue, Europe’s largest, is only a few steps away.
IMPORTANT:
During the weekdays, from 8 AM until 6 PM, there could be noisy periods occasionally due to construction works next to the building where our property is located.
The entire space is included in this rental. Please, make yourself at home.
The apartment is close to a significant public transportation hub in Budapest, including stops for all three metro lines and stops for the 24/7 tram lines going across central Budapest: 4 and 6.
Please remember that you’re staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space and the neighbors with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but no one lives on-site 24/7.
