The second floor includes the primary living space with gorgeous Santa Rosa Sound views and gate access to the pool from the deck. Here you will find a full kitchen with a bar and walk-in panty, dining room, living room, half bathroom, a queen bedroom suite, and balcony access. The third floor will have the remaining 3 bedrooms: king primary suite with a gorgeous double shower, queen suite, and twin over queen bunk with a shower and tub combination suite. The bunkroom has a fold out twin chair that would suit a child. This floor holds the washer and dryer as well. If you would like to have the pool heated during your stay, it is a $75 per day charge for each day of your of stay. Pool heat is set at 83 degrees and temperature cannot be adjusted. Please notify us if you would like to add on this amenity to your reservation at least 2 WEEKS PRIOR to your arrival. **Please note weather/air temperature can affect the pool temperature.
