Proudly hosted by Property Manager, this beautifully remodeled two-story villa at 550 Queen’s Grant offers a spacious and inviting retreat in the heart of the Palmetto Dunes Resort. With three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, and space to sleep up to ten guests, this villa is perfect for families, golf groups, or friends looking to experience the best of Hilton Head Island.
The open and tastefully decorated living room provides a comfortable gathering space after a day at the beach, complete with a flat-screen TV and a cozy atmosphere. The living area also includes a sleeper sofa for additional sleeping space. Just off the living room, the fully equipped kitchen features a double sink, cooktop, oven, large refrigerator with ice and water dispenser, and plenty of utensils for preparing meals during your stay. A drip coffee maker is ready for your morning routine, and a convenient stackable washer and dryer is located just beside the kitchen area.
The first floor includes a spacious primary bedroom with a comfortable king bed and its own full bathroom. The room also features his-and-hers closets, offering plenty of storage for longer stays. Upstairs, you’ll find two additional bedrooms connected by a Jack-and-Jill bathroom. One bedroom includes another king bed, while the second upstairs room is a versatile family space with two queen beds and two twin bunk beds—perfect for larger families or groups traveling together.
Your stay includes four complimentary adult bicycles and four backpack-style beach chairs, making it easy to explore the island or relax by the ocean. Guests also have access to the Queen’s Grant community pools, open April 1 through October 31. One car pass is included with your stay, with the option to purchase one additional pass through Island Rentals.
Located within the renowned Palmetto Dunes resort community, guests enjoy access to three miles of pristine white sand beaches, world-class golf courses, a nationally recognized tennis center, and an 11-mile lagoon system perfect for kayaking or fishing. The villa is within easy walking distance of the Dunes House, the General Store, the tennis center, and the golf clubhouse. Nearby Shelter Cove Marina offers waterfront dining, shopping, entertainment, and family activities throughout the year. During peak season, the complimentary Palmetto Dunes Buggy provides convenient transportation throughout the resort, including trips to Shelter Cove.
