The open and tastefully decorated living room provides a comfortable gathering space after a day at the beach, complete with a flat-screen TV and a cozy atmosphere. The living area also includes a sleeper sofa for additional sleeping space. Just off the living room, the fully equipped kitchen features a double sink, cooktop, oven, large refrigerator with ice and water dispenser, and plenty of utensils for preparing meals during your stay. A drip coffee maker is ready for your morning routine, and a convenient stackable washer and dryer is located just beside the kitchen area. The first floor includes a spacious primary bedroom with a comfortable king bed and its own full bathroom. The room also features his-and-hers closets, offering plenty of storage for longer stays. Upstairs, you’ll find two additional bedrooms connected by a Jack-and-Jill bathroom. One bedroom includes another king bed, while the second upstairs room is a versatile family space with two queen beds and two twin bunk beds—perfect for larger families or groups traveling together. Your stay includes four complimentary adult bicycles and four backpack-style beach chairs, making it easy to explore the island or relax by the ocean. Guests also have access to the Queen’s Grant community pools, open April 1 through October 31. One car pass is included with your stay, with the option to purchase one additional pass through Island Rentals.
