This Forest Gardens Villa has just undergone a complete renovation. New flooring, furnishings, bathrooms, kitchen, everything is brand new. The bright and airy unit has a modern and tasteful decor, with nautical colors, beautiful custom cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and quartz. No expense was spared in this renovation. Featuring a King bed in the master, with an en suite bath, a Queen in the 2nd bedroom, along with a 2nd full bath in the hallway, this unit sleeps 4 comfortably for a relaxing family vacation. New flat screen televisions in both bedrooms as well as the living room will suit all of your multimedia needs. Just steps from this unit is a beach path that leads right to the Atlantic Ocean. This unit also features a queen sleeper sofa in the living room for additional sleeping arrangements. This villa includes 4 backpack beach chairs as well as a beach cart left at the villa, so you can be sitting on the beach within minutes of starting your vacation! This unit also includes 4 free Adult Bicycles from South Beach Cycles which are left at the unit. The community pool is a short walk, and this unit is conveniently located within walking distance of both the Circle Center and Coligny Plaza. With over 100 shops and restaurants, the South Forest Beach area is the place to be for vacation on Hilton Head Island.
