The bright, white kitchen features a spacious five-foot island, quartz countertops, and brand-new appliances, opening seamlessly into a dining area with seating for six and additional counter seating — ideal for gathering after a day on the water.
A few steps down, the living room offers stunning, unobstructed views of Braddock Cove, where you can enjoy watching birds, boats, and marine life throughout the day. Sliding doors lead to the back patio, the perfect spot for morning coffee, evening cocktails, or simply soaking in the peaceful waterfront setting.
Upstairs, the primary bedroom provides a true retreat with vaulted ceilings, an en-suite bathroom featuring double sinks and a modern shower, and incredible views of the cove. Step onto the private balcony to take in vistas that stretch all the way to the sound.
