The living room features a gray L-shaped couch, matching loveseat, high ceilings, a 58” Smart TV, and a beverage center with a sink, wine racks, wine fridge, and ice maker. Two bedrooms are also on this floor: a King with an ensuite bath and a Queen-over-Queen bunk room with its own private bath. A half bathroom completes the level. Step outside to the private pool deck, furnished with lounge chairs, wicker seating, and small tables—perfect for relaxing or entertaining. The 18’ x 12’ pool can be heated for an additional fee. Upstairs, the second and third floors each offer two bedrooms with private bathrooms, featuring double vanities, walk-in showers, and 43” Smart TVs. The fourth floor includes an additional living space with a 55” TV, a beverage center with sink and mini-fridge, and a deck with seating for seven, ideal for enjoying the sun and a cocktail.
