The welcoming dining area features a large, beautiful dining set and hutch, fully stocked for both cooking and dining. The living space is bright and airy, with a sofa, three chairs, and an LED flat-screen TV. The updated kitchen, equipped with all modern appliances and amenities, opens to the breakfast bar area. Upstairs, the Master bedroom offers a King bed, flat-screen TV, and large floor-to-ceiling windows with room darkening curtains, allowing you to control the amount of natural light. An ensuite bath with a shower/tub combo is attached. The guest bedroom features two Full Beds, a flat-screen TV, and an additional bathroom just across the hall. Outdoor living is abundant, with a double-sized sunshade umbrella, outdoor dining table, gas grill, and additional seating for a delightful experience. Seascape complex includes two on-site swimming pools, one just steps away from the front door or back deck of the Villa.
