This elegant Evian villa is located in the heart of Shipyard. It features both lagoon and golf views from the back deck. Beautiful southern foliage with live oaks and spanish moss create a peaceful backdrop while enjoying the villa’s outdoor space.
In the interior, this villa features an open floorplan, with a spacious living area and stately fireplace as the centerpiece. The kitchen has been completely updated with new cabinets, countertops, and stainless steel appliances. The dining area features seating for 6. The Master Bedroom features a flat screen TV, a king bed, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk in shower. There is a washer and dryer in the hallway, leading to another full hall bathroom with a combination tub and shower. The guest bedroom also features a flat screen TV as well as two twin beds.
Evian is a beautiful private community with its own pond, community pool, and community tennis courts. It’s a short bike ride to the Shipyard Beach Club from this unit and has everything you need for the perfect Hilton Head vacation.
A maximum of 2 well behaved dogs are permitted with payment of an additional pet fee.
