Step into the open-concept living area with a large gourmet kitchen featuring a massive island, two Sub Zero Refrigerators, and all the supplies needed for family cooking. The dining area, with a new dining set and additional seating around the island, seamlessly connects to the living room furnished with all-new pieces and a large flat-screen television. Upstairs, an additional seating area overlooks the main living space. The Master bedroom, with a King bed and a large ensuite bath featuring a soaker tub and walk-in shower, is also upstairs. A children’s bedroom with 1 queen and 1 twin bed is connected to and shares the master bath.
Downstairs, three additional bedrooms await - a King bedroom with an ensuite bath, a bedroom with 1 queen and 1 twin bed connected to a jack and jill bath shared with the last bedroom featuring a King bed. A half bath is conveniently located just off the pool and adjoining the living area.
The screened pool area, with ample outdoor seating and the option to heat the pool, opens to the guest house featuring another full kitchen, dining nook, large flat-screen TV in the living space, a full bathroom, and 2 bedrooms. The first bedroom features a King bed, and the 2nd features 1 queen and 1 twin bed.
With multiple living and sleeping quarters, this home is perfect for a multi-generational family or two families looking to vacation together while still having the space to relax by themselves.
