This 3 bedroom, 2 bath beach house is in a spectacular location, biking distance of the beach. It’s situated in the Heritage Woods section of Sea Pines Plantation - just off the trail to the beach (only a ten-minute walk or a five-minute bike ride). The back deck is extremely spacious, and is perfect for barbecues. A large lagoon accents the surroundings, offering water views from inside and outside the house.
This picturesque setting is located in a warm and friendly neighborhood in Sea Pines. Bike trails surround the neighborhood making beach access accessible in minutes. It’s also a very short bike ride to Harbour Town to the West, and to South Beach Marina to the south. The nearby Sea Pines Beach Club features a beach shop, restaurant and outdoor grill, an outdoor tropical bar, and nightly entertainment. There are two access paths to the beach that are closer (see map) and offer ocean tranquility and beach beauty along some of the most valuable residential property on the whole island.
A serene lagoon view greets you from all angles in and around the house. The home features new hardwood floors, newly renovated kitchen, a dining room, an eat-in kitchen area, and cathedral ceilings - all on one floor. The home has an open and bright floor plan with lots of windows and skylights. The living room has a vaulted ceiling, double sliding doors to the deck, and ceiling fan. The dining area is separate, but open to the living room. The fully-stocked, gourmet kitchen is completely remodeled. With granite countertops and new tiling. There is a kitchen bar separating the kitchen from the breakfast and sitting area.

For shopping and dining experiences though, Harbour Town in Sea Pines Resort or Shelter Cove Towne Centre are recommended spots featuring an array of shops, restaurants and entertainment options.
