The main level welcomes you into a spacious open-concept living area with a striking fireplace centerpiece, Smart TV, and sweeping views of the pool and backyard. The gourmet kitchen is well equipped with stainless steel appliances, an oversized island, a built-in wine refrigerator, generous pantry space, and an additional refrigerator in the garage. Just off the kitchen, the dining area comfortably seats eight, with additional seating for six at the island.
Also on the first floor is the primary suite, offering a King bed, Smart TV, and a spacious ensuite bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower. A separate den with pocket doors provides added flexibility, featuring a Queen sleeper sofa, Smart TV, and a dedicated workspace—perfect as a second living area, office, or extra sleeping space.
Upstairs, three additional bedrooms provide plenty of room for guests. One Queen bedroom features its own ensuite bathroom, while the remaining two bedrooms—one with a King bed and one with a Queen and Twin XL—share a full hallway bathroom. Each bedroom is equipped with a Smart TV, ensuring comfort and privacy throughout the home.
Outdoor living truly shines here. Enjoy the private pool (with seasonal heating available), spacious patio with lounge chairs, outdoor dining area, propane Weber grill, and a large grassy yard overlooking the lagoon—perfect for fishing or simply taking in the view. Added amenities include an enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water, a basketball hoop, table tennis, and four backpack beach chairs for easy beach days. With close proximity to the beach, Sea Pines Beach Club, Harbour Town, South Beach Marina, Plantation Golf Club, and all that Sea Pines has to offer, this home is your perfect island getaway.
