Chalet Julena is an Property Manager property. It is a five-bedroom chalet for 12, with four bathrooms.
The Property Manager team’s opinion -
We love its location just outside the busy market town of Thônes - despite being so close to shops and restaurants, you still get great views, a large garden and a superb furnished terrace with a hot tub.
The chalet has been well designed for holiday guests, and particularly for families. There are two triple rooms ideal for younger guests, who can also enjoy their own space in the cinema/games room on the ground floor. There are five bathrooms too, including the shower room in the well-being area on the ground floor.
The beautiful terrace and garden is a real bonus, whenever you decide to visit. The hot tub is great in the winter, particularly when it’s snowing, and the furnished terrace is an ideal place for stargazing. In the summer, kids can enjoy the run of the garden and there’s a pétanque court too.
Free wifi, cleaning, towels & linen included.
Important: please note that if you book Chalet Julena and Ferme du Cortet together, the living spaces in both chalets are not large enough to accommodate a group of 24 people. For owners of electric vehicles, a flat-rate contribution of €50 towards the cost of the electricity needed to recharge the batteries will be charged on site when you arrive at the chalet. The chalet is non festive, thank you for respecting the neighbourhood.
The owner requires a €1,000 damage and excess cleaning guarantee to be set up
before arrival. No funds are taken or blocked on your card. Your card details are securely held for
up to 14 days after departure. If no charge is required, they will be deleted.
