Fenice is a charming contemporary apartment located next to the famous Theatre, completely restored to the highest standards and tastefully furnished by the loving owner.
Bright and elegant, the Fenice Apartment is the perfect pied-à-terre for those looking for a quiet and functional home in the best spot of the historic centre of Venice.
The location is probably the best in Venice for its tranquility, beauty and central location. “Teatro La Fenice” is known by connoisseurs as one of the best opera houses in the world. There are many classy restaurants, cafes and boutiques in the surrounding area. The public transport stop and the supermarket are just a 2-minute walk away.
The Fenice Apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a beautiful building and is accessed from a picturesque Campiello bordering the Theatre. It measures approximately 60 square meters, and consists of a small entrance hall with a wardrobe, a super bright living room with a round table and a comfortable sofa bed, a beautiful and fully equipped kitchen, a splendid bedroom with a comfortable king size bed, a large wardrobe and a lovely office corner, and a luxurious bathroom with a large walk-in shower.
It is furnished with style and elegance: refined details such as the beautiful herringbone parquet, the large windows and the wooden beamed ceilings give character to this house. There is a washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, 4-burner hob, fridge/freezer, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, Mocca, efficient air conditioning system, temperature-controlled heating, Wi-Fi internet connection, Smart TV and other basic appliances.
The Fenice apartment is highly recommended for both long and short stays, and is especially recommended for professionals and artists who come to Venice for work or study, as this place will inspire anyone.

• A €400 security deposit is required by credit card at check-in for all guests, except for bookings made via OTA.
• Tourist Tax (€ 4 per person, per night) must be paid in cash at check-in for a maximum of 5 nights. Children aged 10–16 receive a 50% discount, while children under 10 are exempt.
• The number of guests, including children, must not exceed the apartment’s maximum occupancy stated on the apartment page
• Please inform us of your arrival time at least 4 days before check-in.
• Standard check-in is available from 14:00 to 20:00.
• Late check-in from 20:00 to 00:00 is available for an additional € 50 fee, payable in cash upon arrival.
• Check-in from 00:00 to 01:00 is available for a € 80 check-in fee, payable in cash upon arrival.
• No check-in is possible after 01:00 AM.
• Check-out time is 10:00 AM.
• Please contact us in advance if you would like to request an early luggage drop-off.
• After your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive an e-mail with our online check-in form. There, you can let us know your preferred bed setup (single or double beds). If no preference is selected, we’ll prepare the apartment according to the default setup shown on the form.
• Pets are allowed only with prior approval from the owner and require an additional fee of € 80 per stay. Please contact us before booking, as cancellations due to pet non-approval are not eligible for a refund.
